Summary
Bridget uses her more than three decades of experience in trusts and estates law to help her ultra-high-net-worth clients on all aspects of estate and family wealth planning, including sophisticated wealth transfer strategies and integration of those strategies with personal, business, and tax goals. She designs estate plans to transfer wealth to client’s children, grandchildren, and charitable beneficiaries in ways that minimize gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer taxes. Bridget also advises clients in the matters of estate administration and trust administration and handles trust and estate litigation matters.
Approachable and a good listener who talks through complex issues in a meaningful way for her clients, Bridget advises business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals on tax and estate planning strategies, including family gifting strategies, charitable giving techniques, tax planning, and business succession planning.
In addition, she has prepared hundreds of prenuptial agreements and post-marital agreements and acts as an expert consultant and witness regarding trust interests in Colorado divorce cases. Bridget considers her three adult children her greatest success, so she understands her clients’ desire to structure their estates in a way that benefits their families to the fullest and reflects their values.
