Carley Weinberg

Carley is an associate in Taft’s Cincinnati office. Her practice is dedicated to advising businesses on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital matters. As a summer associate with the firm, she gained valuable experience across multiple areas of business law.

Carley earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from the Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law and her bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance from the University of Kentucky. In law school, Carley was part of the W. Bruce Lunsford Academy for Law, Business + Technology, an innovation program nationally ranked by Bloomberg Law. She also served as a Senior Editor for the Northern Kentucky Law Review, was a member of the Center for Law and Entrepreneurship, and competed on the Chase Moot Court Team.
