Chase Morris

Chase is an associate in Taft’s Cincinnati office and concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. He advises clients across a wide range of matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.

Chase earned his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis and his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, in political science and international affairs from the University of Cincinnati. While in law school, Chase was a primary editor for the Washington University Journal of Law and Policy. He was a summer associate with Taft for two years.
