Christy Howard

Christy is a paralegal in Taft’s Dayton office. She brings more than 30 years of knowledge and experience supporting the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group.

In her role, Christy prepares and files R-1 cards, prepares files for hearings and settlements, requests medical releases and records, and submits appeals to orders. Additionally, she is responsible for all administrative docketing, answering discovery requests, scheduling depositions, managing e-filing, and providing support to attorneys in trial preparation.

Prior to her current role, Christy was employed in the Workers’ Compensation department of Crew & Buchanan, a firm that merged with Taft in 2009.
