Collene Murphy

Collene is a senior paralegal in the firm’s real estate practice with extensive experience working with financial institutions, special asset and loss mitigation groups and their commercial accounts, including assisting with securitized lending, workouts, foreclosures, deeds in lieu, and receivership matters. Additionally, she supports the Tax and Estate Planning attorneys in real property matters, including transfers and title reviews.

Collene received her paralegal certificate degree from the Denver Paralegal Institute.
