David’s practice focuses on commercial real estate, debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. David clients include owners, developers, borrowers, lenders and businesses in a variety of transactions, including the purchase of real estate for development; purchase and sale of stabilized apartment buildings, retail buildings and hotels; construction and permanent financing; joint ventures for co-branding retail products; purchase and sale of businesses across industries; and general business transactions including supply agreements, license agreements, lease agreements and other commercial agreements.

  • Acquisition of real estate for high-rise development nationwide

  • Sale of an apartment complex in a high-rise building which included a separate hotel
