Donna L. Grelson

Donna is a paralegal in the firm’s real estate practice. She assists attorneys with all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions, including researching properties and maps, reviewing title and surveys, and drafting documents such as purchase agreements, affidavits, certificates, deeds, releases and checklists. She routinely communicates with clients, title companies, surveyors, recorders, registrars and examiners of titles.

Donna also works on real estate matters requiring court actions such as initial land registration actions, quiet title actions, and subsequent proceedings. She drafts pleadings and manages cases through the court process.
