Summary
Eliz’s commitment to advocacy and giving a voice to her clients is what drove her to become a lawyer. With a focus on family law, Eliz assists clients through complex matters from prenuptial agreements and asset protection to divorce and child support. She works side-by-side with families to ensure they are supported during some of the most challenging times in their lives.
For 16 years, Eliz has served in many roles within the legal industry, including senior litigation paralegal, federal judicial lead legal assistant, and summer associate. As a student lawyer at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, she gained a wealth of professional experience and twice received the Student Lawyer of the Year award.
Throughout law school, Eliz worked on numerous criminal defense and civil litigation cases, especially related to protection orders and family law, in both the county and district courts. She drafted motions, negotiated settlements, and conducted multiple trials in their entirety.
Returning to the firm after participating in its 2022 and 2023 Summer Associate Program, Eliz is prepared to fight on behalf of her clients to get the results that fit their needs.
