Elizabeth A. Farschon

Elizabeth assists on a variety of business matters, including mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Her experience includes counseling nonprofit organizations on formation and governance, governance, and tax-exempt status.

Elizabeth earned her J.D. from William and Mary Law School where she served as the senior notes editor for the William & Mary Business Law Review.
