Eric represents lenders and borrowers in complex financing facilities and structured lending transactions, including:

  • Asset-based lending.
  • Mezzanine financing.
  • Structured and project finance.
  • Syndicated credit facilities.
  • Traditional commercial lending.
  • Unsecured finance.

Prior to joining the firm, Eric was an associate in the banking and credit group at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, a large New York-based law firm, where he represented clients in connection with secured and unsecured credit transactions, including project finance and asset-based lending matters.

While in law school, Eric served as a notes editor of the Cornell Law Review and a managing editor of the Legal Information Institute Supreme Court Bulletin. He also spent a summer working at the New York State Office of the Attorney General.
