Summary
Erick is an associate in Taft’s Environmental Practice group, focusing his work on water and natural resources. Before joining the firm, he clerked for the Honorable Bobbi Overfield of the Fifth Judicial District of Wyoming, where he assisted in dozens of bench and jury trials and drafted orders on a wide range of matters, including property and contractual disputes.
As a law student at the University of Wyoming College of Law, Erick served as an extern to the Chief Magistrate Judge Rankin in the District of Wyoming and a summer associate at the Spence Law Firm in Jackson, Wyoming.
These hands-on learning opportunities in the legal field were instrumental in his growth as an attorney. With his blend of legal knowledge and practical experience, Erick brings a unique perspective to understanding his clients’ needs.
