Summary
Eugene “Gene” Endress represents clients in a wide range of commercial litigation matters. He has substantial experience in all aspects of commercial litigation and handles complex disputes involving breach of contract, business torts, construction law, employment and labor law, trade secrets, class action defense, and enforcement of judgments. Gene also has experience on the business side of the construction industry. He understands the value of providing creative, efficient, and practical solutions to his clients’ legal challenges, as well as representation in the litigation and alternative dispute resolution processes.
Prior to his private legal practice, Gene was a law clerk for the Circuit Court of Cook County, Law Division for the Hon. Daniel T. Gillespie and the Hon. James C. Murray, Jr. Gene also served as a judicial extern for the Circuit Court of Cook County for the Hon. Ronald F. Bartkowicz and the Hon. Susan F. Zwick.
