Summary

Ewelina is a transactional associate who focuses her practice on business and commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. Ewelina is part of the firm’s Business and Mergers and Acquisitions practice group and is part of the firm’s Commercial Transactions practice area.

As part of the firm’s Commercial Transactions practice area, Ewelina assists clients with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of commercial agreements, including supply agreements, service agreements, sale agreements, and distribution agreements. In Ewelina’s M&A practice, she has experience representing clients in a variety of M&A transactions, including the negotiation and drafting of purchase and sale transaction documents.

As part of the local Chicago community, Ewelina serves on the Associate Board of One Tail at a Time, a Chicago based no-kill animal rescue, where she also fosters dogs. At the firm, Ewelina co-leads the Chicago office’s women’s affinity group.

Ewelina earned her J.D from the Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she was a member of Phi Alpha Delta, the Corporate Law Society, and the Society of Women in Law. She received her B.A. in political science and in criminology, law, and justice, magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Ewelina is fluent in Polish.
