Harshy is a Colorado-based attorney representing clients in commercial and civil litigation matters, including corporate, construction, contract, professional liability, licensing, regulatory, and real estate. She focuses on construction and real estate disputes, including breach of contract, property development, mechanic’s liens, construction defects, adverse possession, Colorado’s Construction Defect Action Reform Act (CDARA), and zoning issues. Harshy has extensive experience defending all sides of construction litigation, including owners, developers, architects, engineers, prime contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

In addition to her litigation practice, Harshy helps clients in all aspects of regulatory compliance, including matters involving Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) statutes, as well as corporate governance and licensing (including liquor licensing) to achieve their operational and strategic goals.

Harshy has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America®: Ones to Watch for Administrative/Regulatory Law, Commercial Litigation, and Government Relations, and named a Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2025.

Harshy serves on the Colorado Women’s Bar Association Board of Directors as the South Asian Bar Association of Colorado liaison and is also the President-Elect of the South Asian Bar Association of Colorado.  As a Colorado native, she is deeply committed to giving back to her community through pro bono legal services, helping individuals and organizations in need.

Prior to attending law school, Harshy worked as a researcher at a biotech startup and a deputy finance director for a state-wide campaign for Attorney General of Colorado. She is fluent in four languages and learning a fifth.

Harshy earned her J.D. from University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she served as the Tenth Circuit articles editor on Denvers Law Review. She earned bachelor’s degree in molecular cellular development biology from University of Colorado.

Prior to joining the firm, Harshy worked at another regional law firm, gaining significant experience in construction and real estate litigation, regulatory compliance, and liquor licensing matters. She also served as a judicial extern for Judge Allison H. Eid on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit and Justice Carlos A. Samour, Jr. of the Colorado Supreme Court. Harshy also worked as a legal intern for the Colorado Attorney General’s Office and for a fortune 500 company.
