Summary
Jake assists clients on a range of complex litigation matters, including business disputes, dispute resolution, political law, and administrative law.
Since joining the firm, Jake has worked on state agency regulatory matters and was heavily involved in Arizona election results litigation. He goes all out for his clients by diving into the many legal complexities and nuances of their problems to supply the best advice and available options to move forward.
Prior to joining the firm, he was an assistant attorney general in the Financial Remedies Section at the Arizona Attorney General’s Office where he fought against criminal enterprises and illegitimate black-market commerce . He returned to the firm after serving as a law clerk, where he provided research and analysis assistance for attorneys in the Phoenix office.
Jake received his J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and his Bachelor of Arts degrees from Northern Arizona University. Outside the office, Jake volunteers for several student organizations across Phoenix and Flagstaff that promote development in debate, academic performance, and preparation for professional life. Jake spends his free time with his wonderful wife and two dogs, exploring film and music, and enjoying the beautiful landscapes that can be found all over the great state of Arizona.
