Summary
Jason is a partner in the firm’s real estate practice. He represents investors, developers and owners in the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of commercial real estate, with a focus on industrial properties and office properties. He also represents banks and private lenders in the origination of construction loans and the workout of distressed loans.
Jason received his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, and his B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
