Summary

Jason works closely with high-net-worth individuals, families, and their advisors to provide comprehensive and creative estate planning solutions to effectively manage and transfer wealth. Although tax efficiency is always a priority in his approach to lifetime gifting and estate planning, Jason understands that the most important aspects of any estate plan are the client’s financial goals and personal values. He tailors planning strategies to match each client’s specific concerns and needs.

In addition, Jason’s practice includes complex estate and trust administration, trust modification and decanting, charitable planning, business succession planning, marital planning, and analyzing and consulting on trust interests in the context of divorce.

Jason is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Law, where he was the Production Editor of the Colorado Law Review. During law school, Jason completed a tax law emphasis program, and was the recipient of the Colorado Bar Association Tax Section Scholarship, an honor recognizing his academic excellence in the field of tax law.
