Combining his legal expertise with hands-on experience as a senior executive of several companies, two of which were acquired by strategic buyers, Jeff brings a unique depth of insight to his practice. His diverse background also includes serving on several boards of directors of for-profit companies. Jeff has also played key roles with several companies that have been on the cutting-edge in developing health benefits, risk management, and access to care solutions.
