Jeremy M. Ellis

Jeremy is an associate in Taft’s Detroit office and focuses his practice on all aspects of business law. He assists clients in various transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and private equity and venture capital financings.

Prior to joining Taft, Jeremy gained extensive legal experience as a summer associate with the firm.

Jeremy earned his J.D. from Wayne State University and his bachelor’s degree in political theory and constitutional democracy from the James Madison College at Michigan State University. While in law school, Jeremy was the Managing Editor of External Affairs for the Wayne State Law School Journal of Business Law.
