Summary
Jesse is an associate in Taft’s Cincinnati office and focuses her practice on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.
Prior to joining the firm, Jesse was an associate attorney with a well known-regional firm in their Advice & Counsel and Class Action and Complex Litigation Practice Groups and was an assistant prosecuting attorney in the Civil Division of the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office. In the Civil Division, Jesse represented Hamilton County in its role as an employer and handled a broad range of employment matters on behalf of County Agencies.
Jesse earned her J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law and her bachelor’s degree, cum laude, in political science from Northern Kentucky University. During law school, Jesse served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Walter H. Rice of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, Vice President of the Student Bar Association, and as a member of the University of Dayton Moot Court Team where she received awards for her written and oral advocacy skills. Additionally, Jesse was a legal intern for ECI Software Solutions, the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office, and the Campbell County Commonwealth Attorney’s Office.
