Summary

Jessica is an attorney in the eDiscovery & Litigation Service group and supports the firm’s attorneys in eDiscovery and case management. With more than 12 years of eDiscovery experience, she provides recommendations to clients on discovery process improvements and opportunities to leverage advanced technologies for spend and risk reductions. Jessica regularly consults with attorneys and clients on all aspects of the electronic discovery process.

Prior to joining Taft, Jessica was director of operations in the Analytics and Managed Review department of a litigation support provider based in the D.C. area. Her responsibilities included designing, implementing, and validating targeted eDiscovery workflows and solutions within industry best practices, as well as driving departmental enhancements through the design, development, implementation, and optimization of process improvements and eDiscovery technological tools.

Jessica earned her J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from Purdue University.
