Summary

Jessica represents individuals and families in the development of their estate plans and provides advice with respect to associated business, marital, and charitable planning. She also represents individual and corporate fiduciaries and beneficiaries regarding estate, trust, as well as conservatorship and guardianship administration; she also assists her clients in litigation regarding such matters. Jessica currently serves as the firm’s practice group leader for the Trusts & Estates, Tax, and Employee Benefits Groups.
