Jill Sweeney focuses her practice on the representation of issuers and underwriters in connection with the issuance of government securities. Her unique experience with government and finance law includes the creation of public improvement and tax increment districts and the implementation of economic development tools. Jill has extensive experience in securities, state tax incentive law, and government relations.
