Summary

Jing represents all types of lenders and borrowers in complex financing facilities and structured lending transactions, including

  • Asset-based lending.
  • Syndicated credit facilities.
  • Traditional commercial lending.
  • Commercial real estate lending.

Prior to joining the firm, Jing was a member of the global finance group at Sidley Austin LLP in Chicago, where she worked extensively in the areas of fund financings, warehouse programs, structured receivables finance transactions and asset-backed securities across a wide range of asset-types.

Before attending law school, Jing was vice president of research and projects development for an investment fund based in Hong Kong and a legal assistant at an international law firm where she focused on initial public offerings of mainland Chinese companies on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
