John Kenny

As a partner in Taft’s Business & Finance practice group, John advises clients on general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, corporate governance, and tax disputes. He has experience working closely with founders, executive officers, board members, and shareholders on their business legal needs.

Prior to joining Taft, John was an attorney at a business law firm in Michigan and a tax attorney at Ernst & Young. He received his J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law and his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.
