Joseph M. Walker

Joe concentrates his practice in intellectual property law and technology. He works closely with clients to draft and prosecute patent applications through the US Patent and Trademark Office and internationally in a broad range of technologies, including the mechanical, chemical, medical device, and computer technology fields.

Joe also provides litigation support in patent matters. He has experience analyzing patent claims and prosecution histories, as well as developing infringement and non-infringement positions.
