Summary
Karen is a paralegal in Taft’s Southfield office and provides support to the firm’s Real Estate practice group. Karen has extensive experience in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions for both developers and investors. She manages real estate due diligence and processes that include title insurance and survey review, land use and zoning, and document preparation. Karen’s breadth of knowledge extends to several areas of law, including consumer finance and leasing, bankruptcy, and financial services transaction law.
Karen earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Michigan State University and her paralegal certificate from Oakland University.
