Karri L. Meldrum

Karri is a transactional attorney in Taft’s Indianapolis office and focuses her practice on contracts, compliance, and commercial transactions.

Prior to joining Taft, Karri was in-house counsel with the Indiana Department of Revenue, where she was a contracts and compliance attorney and negotiated, drafted, and authorized contracts through the state procurement process. Karri also worked at EY as an attorney in the People Advisory Services group.

Karri is passionate about the dental healthcare arena. She owned and operated her own Dental Service Organization, is a published author in the Indiana Health Law Review on the topic of Dental Service Organizations, was the Editor in Chief of the Indiana Health Law Review, and is currently a guest lecturer at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry.
