Summary

Kate is an associate in Taft’s Health Care and Life Sciences and business group in the Cincinnati office. Her practice includes advising clients in all stages of client health care entity purchase transactions and corporate governance matters.

Kate earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was an active member of the Health Law Association, a Legal Research and Writing Fellow, and on the Senior Editorial Board for the Virginia Journal of Social Policy and the Law. Prior to beginning her law career, she earned her bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, in psychology from Butler University.
