Summary
Katelyn is an attorney in Taft’s Indianapolis office with a focus on real estate law. Her experience includes a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including negotiating and drafting real estate purchase and sale agreements, conveyance documents, and commercial leases. She also conducts title and survey reviews, assists clients with filing zoning and land use petitions, drafts operating agreements, and handles other corporate documents and filings.
