Kathy Bakken

Kathy is a paralegal supporting the business attorneys in Taft’s Minneapolis office. Her work includes the creation and maintenance of legal entities, the drafting of corporate governance documents, UCC filings, and due diligence. She earned her bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and development from the University of Minnesota and her paralegal certificate from North Hennepin Community College.
