Katie Guzulaitis

Katie is a paralegal supporting business attorneys in the Indianapolis office. Katie assists clients in various governance matters arising throughout the corporate life cycle, including entity formation, drafting organizational documents, and maintaining corporate records and formalities. As part of the Franchise and Distribution team, Katie helps multistate franchises ensure compliance with various state franchise laws by preparing and timely filing required annual licenses. Katie is a member of the Transactional Risk group, where she performs a number of roles as part of the firm’s work representing insurers, underwriting representations and warranties insurance, and tax insurance policies.
