He has extensive experience with syndicated credit facilities, asset securitization programs, project financing, subordinate debt, tax exempt bonds, credit enhancements, and trade finance programs.

Kevin has represented clients in a wide variety of industries and service businesses, including automotive parts, specialty chemicals, consumer products, commercial explosives and blasting, retail apparel, telecommunications, coating applications capital equipment, construction materials, plastics, packaging, hydraulic and pneumatic capital equipment, steel making and steel service centers, ship construction and maritime financing, commercial equipment leasing, lease portfolio financing and medical product distribution. Kevin has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America every year since 1995. In 2016, he was recognized for his work in Banking & Finance Law and for Mergers & Acquisitions Law. In addition, he is a 2013 Top Rated Lawyer in International Law by American Lawyer Media and Martindale-Hubbell. He is also Top Rated by Ohio Super Lawyers for Mergers & Acquisitions Law. Kevin is the Immediate Past Board President and current Chair of the Finance Committee of The Hiram House, a 115-year old social service agency. He was appointed in 2013 to the Case Comprehensive Cancer Center Advisory Council.
