Summary
Khouloude is an associate in Taft’s Lending and Finance practice group. She represents national, regional, and local banks, public companies, private equity groups, and large corporate borrowers in connection with a wide range of complex financing facilities and structured lending transactions, including:
- Syndicated credit facilities.
- Asset-based lending.
- Traditional commercial lending.
- Mezzanine financing.
- Structured and project financing.
- Unsecured financing.
Khouloude earned her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and her B.S. from Tulane University. While in law school, she served on the Executive Board as Copy Editor for the Health Matrix: Journal of Law-Medicine and was the recipient of the Samuel Archie Award for excellence in clinical work and client relations.
