Summary
Kim is an attorney in our Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice group. She serves a diverse client portfolio in the areas of insolvency law, creditors’ rights, business law and health law. Kim has extensive experience advising clients on creditor rights in bankruptcy matters and bankruptcy-related litigation. She also advises financially distressed companies and nonprofit organizations in bankruptcy restructuring, out-of-court wind ups and dissolutions. Kim has extensive experience in bankruptcy related financial investigations. Her bankruptcy litigation experience includes litigating nondischargeability actions to fiduciary duty claims and other contested matters. She was appointed and presently serves as one of only five Subchapter V Trustees in the Eastern District of Michigan under the Small business Reorganization Act of 2019.
