Summary

Kristine assists clients in a wide variety of areas involving environmental, employment, and commercial litigation. Kristine routinely advises clients on environmental compliance issues involving state and federal environmental laws including RCRA, FIFRA, Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, Indiana’s ELA, and CERCLA. Kristine’s litigation experience has grown to include not only environmental disputes, but employment and commercial business disputes as well.

Kristine graduated from Valparaiso University, magna cum laude, with a B.A. in English and Humanities. She earned her J.D. from Notre Dame Law School, magna cum laude, where she was the executive productions editor of the Journal of International and Comparative Law. Prior to joining Taft as an associate, Kristine was a summer law clerk with Taft and was a Judicial Law Clerk for the St. Joseph County Superior Court.
