Summary

Kyra practices primarily in the areas of commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions and commercial real estate finance. She assists developers, corporate real estate departments, and investors with development projects, drafts and negotiates lease documents, and negotiates transfer documents. Kyra has also represented investors in the acquisition and financing of multifamily units. She also counsels clients in public-private partnerships for real estate development and redevelopment.

Prior to joining Taft, Kyra was the general counsel at a real estate development, construction, and property management company.

Kyra is a certified LEED® Green Associate through the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).
