Lee advises public and private companies and their management on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and other matters that affect business operations. His experience includes representing the energy, industrial, and aerospace sectors.
Lee has been ranked by Chambers U.S.A., listed in Best Lawyers in America, and recognized by Super Lawyers Magazine.
Before entering private practice, he was a judicial clerk to Justice Allison H. Eid on the Colorado Supreme Court, and prior to law school, Lee worked for several years as an engineer designing missile and satellite systems for a large aerospace contractor.
