Lily is an associate in Taft’s Private Client practice group in the Detroit office. She represents high net worth individuals in estate planning and estate administration matters and in a wide range of personal business matters.

As a law student, Lily served as an intern to the Hon. Linda Parker, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and as an intern to the Hon. David A. Groner, Third Judicial Circuit Court. As an undergraduate she served as an intern to the General Counsel of a real estate management company where she gained exposure to various landlord-tenant matters and as an intern in the development office of a large suburban hospital where she conducted small business outreach activities and helped raise funds to provide broader access to medical procedures and equipment.

Lily earned her J.D., cum laude, from Wayne State University Law School and her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Michigan. During law school she was Treasurer of the Jewish Law Student Association, a member of the Women’s Law Caucus, and served as a mentor to incoming first-year law students.

She is an active member of the community and has belonged to and served on a number of volunteer organizations. Lily previously worked at City Year, where she executed initiatives to support inner-city grade school students, and also worked at Challenge Detroit where she partnered with nonprofit organizations on strategies to optimize their community improvement services.
