M. Zach Gordon

Zach’s practice focuses on the representation of clients of all sizes, including individuals, private equity funds, large multi-national corporations and closely-held and family-owned businesses, in matters ranging from general “day-to-day” commercial transactions to complex transactions involving mergers, acquisitions and recapitalizations. He also regularly represents clients with negotiation, licensing, and statutory compliance matters. Zach’s advisory practice spans a variety of fields including, employment, advertising and distributor/supplier relationships.

Zach’s intellectual property prosecution practice includes trademark and copyright matters in the United States and abroad. Zach has also worked extensively with the U.S. Customs and Border Patrol to identify and seek the prohibition, seizure and destruction of infringing and counterfeit articles imported into the United States on behalf of his clients.
