Marc is a partner in the Taft Dayton office, focusing his practice on Employment and Labor Relations. With more than 30 years of experience, he has represented clients and counseled employers ranging from small businesses to private equity firms to Fortune 100 companies. His deep understanding, responsiveness to finding solutions, and range of experience in employment and labor law has helped clients avoid and defend cases before state and federal courts, arbitrators, and administrative agencies, including cases arising under:

He earned his Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) in 2007 and maintains an AV® Preeminent™ rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Marc is also certified as a Ohio State Bar Association  Labor and Employment Law specialist. He has been listed in Best Lawyers in America® in the fields of “Labor Law – Management” and “Employment Law – Management” every year since 2008.

Marc is a graduate of The College of Wooster and received his juris doctorate from the Florida State University College of Law. He is licensed to practice in Ohio, Kentucky, and Florida.
