Maren Magill

Associate Minneapolis

Summary

Maren is an associate in Taft’s Public Finance and Economic Development practice group. She advises clients on all aspects of bond financings and economic development projects.

Prior to joining Taft, Maren was a public finance associate with a well-known regional law firm and worked on drafting and reviewing documents for various bond financings, including trust indentures and loan agreements.

Maren earned her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and her bachelor’s degree in history from St. Olaf College. Following law school, Maren was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Charlene Hatcher, Hennepin Family Court.
