Margaret enjoys working as part of a team toward tangible goals. She was drawn to the real estate area of law because it enables her to work collaboratively and see the results of the team’s efforts.

Margaret has vast experience with commercial real estate transactions, including property purchase and sale transactions, leasing, development, permitting, entitlements, land use analysis, title and survey review, due diligence, regulatory compliance, and financing transactions, including commercial, office, industrial, health care, retail, energy (solar and wind), and multifamily transactions. Her corporate transactions experience includes structuring joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence evaluations, alternative financing structures, and regulatory compliance.

She also has experience with finance transactions, which includes lender-side and borrower-side financing, refinancing, lender due diligence, tax credit financing, loan workouts, and enforcement.
