Summary
Mark’s energy practice centers on assisting public utilities and related entities with regulatory matters before state public service commissions, primarily the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC). Mark has represented electric, gas, water, and wastewater clients in a range of regulatory matters, including base rate cases, tracker adjustments, mergers and acquisitions, energy efficiency and demand side management proceedings, certificate of territorial proceedings, special contracts, regulatory ordinances, and declination of jurisdiction cases. Mark has also assisted with renewable energy projects, such as solar, wind, and battery energy storage systems. An experienced litigator, Mark has helped guide clients throughout the trial court and appellate processes.
