Summary

Mark is an associate in Taft’s Real Estate practice group in the Indianapolis office. He primarily provides counsel in connection with the acquisition, development, financing, construction, leasing, and disposition of commercial properties. Mark also assists landowners in navigating the negotiation of solar and wind leases.

Prior to joining Taft, Mark worked at a well-known regional firm where he represented developers in connection with the acquisition, financing, leasing, and disposition of multiple commercial properties. He also has experience litigating business, personal injury, professional liability, premises liability, and transportation disputes.

Mark earned his J.D., cum laude, from the Indiana Maurer School of Law and his bachelor’s degree in history, magna cum laude, from Wabash College. While in law school, Mark was a judicial intern for the Hon. Sarah Evans Baker, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, and served as a managing editor of the Indiana Law Journal.
