He acts as counsel to clients facing regulatory proceedings before federal, state, and local government agencies. • Served as counsel to banks and commercial clients in advisory proceedings in bankruptcy courts in the western United States.
• Represents clients in large class actions in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
• Represented commercial clients in purchasing assets and negotiating contracts during the bankruptcy process.
