Martha is a senior paralegal with extensive experience and assists attorneys in various matters. Her experience encompasses all aspects of transactional real estate, including acquisition and development of commercial projects such as multi-family residential and mixed-use properties, office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, and warehouses, construction and permanent financing of commercial real estate projects, loan workouts, purchase and sale of residential property, commercial leasing, full preparation and management of commercial closings, as well as site acquisition and leasing of communications cell sites for a major communications company.
