Summary

Matt has been active in the public finance field for more than 25 years. His area of focus consists of work as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, underwriter’s counsel and private placement counsel. He has represented clients in connection with the financing of utilities, airport, mass transit, manufacturing, housing and healthcare facilities.

A frequent speaker on a wide array of public finance topics, Matt has participated as an individual speaker or panel participant for the National Association of Bond Lawyers, the Colorado Municipal League, and Colorado Government Finance Officers Association. He has been chosen by his peers to be listed in “Best Lawyers in America” every year since 2010.
