Summary
Max is an attorney in Taft’s Environmental practice group. Representing clients across industries, Max provides counsel on environmental compliance and permitting; due diligence as part of business transactions; and environmental litigation cases in state and federal courts.
Before joining Taft, Max was a commercial litigation associate at a national law firm. He brings experience advising clients on a wide array of complex litigation matters, including cases involving contract disputes, trade secrets, non-compete agreements, and construction suits.
Max earned his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. During his time in law school, Max was the Chief Managing Editor for the Ohio State Business Law Journal and served as an Executive Justice for Judge Recruitment on the Moot Court Governing Board.
