Missy Grieco

Melissa is a paralegal in Taft’s Cleveland office. She primarily supports the business group in the areas of private equity, venture capital, and mergers and acquisitions. Her role involves entity formations, amendments and conversions, foreign qualifications, Form D and Blue Sky filings, IRS due diligence, drafting corporate governance documents, statutory and regulatory research, audit request responses, and assisting with issues related to the Corporate Transparency Act. Melissa also has significant experience in litigation and labor law and has worked in the legal field for 20 years.
